Worldwide delivery 

We ship our products worldwide. All our products will be produced and shipped from Lithuania, European Union.

Shipping is free worldwide. 

We may ask for extra shipping price if the order will be bellow 50 EUR and delivery will be to very remote and hard-to-reach area.  

International taxes outside European Union

Customs duties, which may apply after delivery, must be paid by the consumer. 

Unfortunately we cannot foresee what import costs might apply outside EU.  If you have any doubts about possible customs duties, please contact your country's customs office. 

Order processing and delivery time

We need 7-10 business days to produce the order.

All Genix products are made-to-order, so you can ask to change some details without extra charge.

Orders may be delayed during National Holidays. 

We use Courier delivery service. Delivery time may take 2-5 business days.

PayPal (including credit card, debit card, and bank transfer)

When you select this type of payment, the next step is to transfer to PayPal. When the required data has been entered there, it automatically returns to this shop to complete the order.

Payment in Advance is a Bank transfer.

When you select this type of payment, you will receive order confirmation email with our Bank details. Please make payment to UAB Geniksa bank account. Production and delivery time will start to run from the date of receipt of payment.
